Yes, you must be physically located in the state of Virginia to receive telehealth therapy through Providence Counseling. Licensing regulations require that therapists provide services only to clients in the states where they are licensed. If you are currently in Virginia—whether in Richmond, Charlottesville, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, or anywhere else in the state—you are eligible for our online therapy services.
